INNOVATION
POWER CUSHION+
POWER CUSHION COMFORT Z 2 features a specially shaped wedge of POWER CUSHION+ in the heel, actually visible from outside the shoe, designed specifically to absorb shock associated with the footwork of badminton. POWER CUSHION+ is also placed in the midsole, under the ball of the foot.
By improving shock absorption, our POWER CUSHION+ technology for faster footwork transforms impact into energy. A 28% increase in shock absorption and a 62% increase in repulsion when compared to the previous POWER CUSHION. A raw egg can be dropped from 12 meters above a POWER CUSHION+ mat, rebounding to a height of 6 meters without breaking.

Power Graphite Drive
The sole is equipped with Power Graphite Drive, a large carbon sheet that prevents twisting of the foot and improves stability, while at the same time helping the sole to restore to its original shape when bent. Working together with POWER CUSHION PLUS+, the absorbed impact power is converted into a propulsive force to help propel you into your next step.
Flexion Upper
Asymmetrical design with a curved eyelet creates a natural snug fit around the inner arch. Stress gets absorbed through the toes and instep for a more comfortable fit. In addition, the use of an inner bootie eliminates the overlap of the tongue and shoe, improving fit and removing pressure.

POWER CUSHION ＋
By adding a special elastic resin to POWER CUSHION, while maintaining the conventional lightweight properties, high shock absorption is realized. Grooves designed in a lattice pattern, with optimum spacing and depth, achieve further resilience.
Compared with conventional cushining material, the new POWER CUSHION＋ boasts 28% more shock absorption and 62% more repulsion.
POWER CUSHION™
The YONEX Power Cushion absorbs shock then reverses the impact energy for smooth transfer into the next movement.
Compared with urethane, the YONEX Power Cushion construction provides 3 times more shock absorbing power.
Toe Assist Shape
A toe-centric design that cuts down on pressure in the big toe, as well as offering improved support at the mid-foot and heel for a stable fit. Power loss is reduced, allowing for swift footwork.
Syncro-Fit Insole
YONEX Synchro-Fit Insole construction creates a secure contact between foot and shoe, reducing energy wastage through an improved fit.

Fig 2. By holding the heel firmly against the insole, the gap between foot and shoe is reduced, improving comfort and performance, ensuring the foot has maximum grip inside the shoe.
Power Graphite Lite
A super-light graphite plate is inserted under the middle portion of the foot to increase stability and reduce weight within the shoe.

Power Graphite Sheet
A graphite plate is inserted under the middle portion of the sole to increase stability and reduce weight within the shoe.
Easily put on and take off your shoes with the BOA® FIT SYSTEM
In place of shoelaces, shoes feature wire laces that can be adjusted with a dial. Without the hassle of tying and untying shoelaces, the shoes can be fit precisely to your feet. When loosening the shoes, pull up the dial, pull on the Easy Tab, and the shoe opens up in an instant.
Double Raschel Mesh
Double Raschel Mesh is an ultra fine mesh that is extremely lightweight and durable.It provides eight times more air exchange for releasing moisture than ordinary mesh fabric.
Hexagrip
For agile and stable footwork, the hexagrip pattern provides 3% more grip and is 20% lighter than standard sole material.
Inner Bootie
Tongue connected with shoe opening reduces overlapping layers for a more snug fit.
