Return and Exchange Policy

At Achivr we take great care to ensure that the product is delivered to you is genuine, undamaged and exactly as per the quality that you would expect. We hope that you would be completely satisfied with the product you receive and there would be no reason for you to return the product.

In the event, that you may wish to exchange your product due to:

1) Sizing issue

2) Wrong product received 

3) Items received but got damaged during transit, 

Achivr will be glad to assist you. However the matter needs to be reported to the Achivr support team via Email: customercare@achivr.in within the stipulated time frame as mentioned below: 

1. For Product Damage in Transit/ Wrong Product received - 48 hrs from the time of delivery
2. Sizing/ Color/ Quality related issue - 7 Days from the time of delivery

Any delay in communicating the matter and requesting the exchange/return beyond the stipulated time frame will render the company (Chi Sports Private Limited) not liable to offer any further support regarding the purchase. 

For the return/exchange to be processed, please ensure that the Items to be returned for exchange are unused and in totally new condition(as received), with all packaging, original wrappers and labels/tags intact and attached to the product.

Please keep in mind the following, to make sure your exchange is validated:

All Racquets must be returned completely unused, along with the Original packaging received for the product. The plastic wrap on the handle must not be removed and the racquet must not have any Shuttle/ ball felt on the strings. The frame must be free of any impact signs, scratches and must be in an absolute new condition for resale.

Footwear must be in brand new condition. You must use the same box (shoe box of the brand) your footwear was shipped in, to return the same. Please take utmost care to ensure that the footwear is tried on in a clean and hygienic manner so as not to dirty the footwear. The footwear soles must not be soiled nor must the footwear be worn. Tags attached to the footwear must not be removed in case you wish to exchange the same. The original footwear box along with the paper wrapper must be returned back to ensure the original condition of the product for re-sale. Also please note that Achivr will only offer one free exchange on a particular purchase, in case of more than one exchange of any particular purchase the customer will be required to bear the shipping charges of both side. 

Swimwear items must be returned, unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached to the garment and in the new / original condition received. The garment must be returned along with the original poly bag.

Racing Suits for competition & Compression wear are sourced for specific orders and checked thoroughly before being shipped. Achivr will accept return of these products only incase of an issue related to wrong size/ colour being delivered by Achivr or if the product was damaged during the transit.

Achivr reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging for Re-Sale.

In the event that the product, you wish to exchange is not available, we will Refund the entire amount paid by you for the product to the original mode of payment. Such Refunds will take 7-10 working days for processing.

How do I return an item for Exchange?

In the event, that you may wish to return an item for exchange, please contact our customer service first, before shipping any item back to us, they will be glad to assist you with your return for exchange.

Whilst we generally process returns for exchange the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 7 days (or longer during busy periods) for your exchanges to be processed.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such, we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us. Hence please ensure that the product is packaged well before you return the same to us for exchange.
